Information you give us: when you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, company name, website (optional), the service you are interested in, and your message.

Technical information: like most websites, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. This is used to deliver the site securely and to protect it against abuse.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other websites. The site stores one small, non-identifying setting in your browser (whether you have already seen the intro animation) for the current visit only.

We use the details you send through the contact form to reply to you, to understand your business and needs, to arrange a strategy call if you want one, and to provide our services if you become a client.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your permission.

Where privacy laws such as the GDPR apply, we process contact form data because you asked us to respond (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract) and because we have a legitimate interest in replying to business inquiries. Technical data is processed under our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and working.

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the website and handle inquiries. They process data on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service:

• Cloudflare — website hosting, security and delivery.

• n8n — receives contact form submissions and routes them to us.

• Google (Gmail and Google Sheets) — delivers inquiries to our inbox and keeps a record of them.

Some of these providers may store or process data outside your country. Where required, they use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. We may also disclose information if required by law.

We keep contact form inquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for up to 24 months afterwards unless you become a client or ask us to delete them sooner. Client information is kept for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, ask us to delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and receive a copy of it.

To make a request, email hello@therevupsystems.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

The website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to submitted inquiries is limited to our team. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Our services are for businesses. This website is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

We may update this policy as our website and services change. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
